Job summary

Development Careers is seeking an experienced Residential Production Estimator to join a large, established national building and development company in Queensland. The role focuses on full take-offs and production estimating for a high-volume residential builder (80+ homes/year).

The successful candidate will tender and price work across stages, with strong knowledge of SE Queensland trade rates and a capacity to work autonomously within an estimating team.

• Strong production estimating and full take-off experience.
