Job summary

PWR Advanced Cooling Technology on the Gold Coast invites a capable Production Data Controller to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team. You will manage ERP driven data, coordinate with production, planning and sales to ensure accurate inventory and on‑time deliveries.

Experience with ERP systems, strong data analytics and attention to detail are essential. This role offers a structured environment with growth opportunities and access to the latest technology in a thriving company culture.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data meaningfully.
• High level of attention to detail with a structured approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory levels and accuracy.
• Maintain effective communications with production, sales and dispatch teams.
• Releasing work orders for designated production departments.
• Assist in controlling production costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Determine work constraints affecting scheduling and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with the wider team on resolving planning issues.
• Prepare purchase orders for raw materials and inventory.
• Communicate production data updates to managers regularly.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Inventory levels
• Maintain effective communications with production, sales and dispatch teams
• Releasing work orders for designated production departments
• Assist in controlling production costs while maintaining the quality standards.
• Determine work constraints impacting production scheduling and on time deliveries
• Coordinate with the wider team in resolving production planning and control issues
• Prepare purchase orders for raw materials and Inventory
• Communicate production data updates to Managers on a regular basis
• Supporting your Production Data colleagues and the wider Capacity Planning Team
• Adhoc duties requested by Supervisor or Management Team

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience using ERP systems (within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous)
• Confident using digital systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
• High level of attention to detail with a structured approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
• Strong computer skills across systems, data and reporting tools
• Exposure to technical or engineering environments (e.g. drawings, production data) is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
