StreamTalent is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our signage production team in Lidcombe. You will contribute to high-quality signage across diverse projects, with hands-on work across printing, lamination, cutting and finishing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in some production capacity.
• Understanding signage materials or print and production processes.
• Experience with flatbed cutters, CNC machinery or ONYX RIP software is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing high-quality signage across varied projects.
• Operate and maintain large-format UV printing and finishing equipment.
• Prepare materials, laminate, cut, pack and ship finished signage.
• Monitor quality and ensure workflow stays on schedule.
• Support equipment maintenance to minimise downtime.

You'll be joining an experienced production team in Lidcombe, working in a business that invests in its people, equipment and the quality of what it produces.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on Production Coordinator role where you'll help produce high-quality signage across a wide variety of projects.

You'll work across:

• Large-format UV printing
• Lamination and vinyl cutting
• Material preparation and finishing
• Packing and preparing completed signage
• Quality control
• Maintaining production equipment and keeping workflow moving

You'll be working on different projects and materials, so there is plenty of variety rather than doing the same production run every day.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have at least 2 years' experience in some sort of production capacity and understand signage materials or print and production processes.
