Job summary

frntlne is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of branded training courses, from briefing to scripting, pre-production, shoots and final delivery. You’ll be the link between clients, the internal production team and talent, ensuring smooth communication and on-time outcomes.

This hands-on, client-facing role suits an organised person who thrives under pressure, manages multiple projects, and maintains a calm, solutions-focused approach when plans shift.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating video production or learning & development projects.
• Strong written communication for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with calm and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for brand clients during production.
• Run check-ins, feedback rounds and approvals across projects.
• Set timelines, follow up, and flag risks early when delays occur.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/partners.
• Develop course outlines and scripts using the F.I.L.M methodology.
