Marley Spoon is hiring hands-on Production Associates in Sydney (Wetherill Park, NSW). You will help prepare, handle and pack high‑quality meal kits, following procedures and safety rules.

You’ll record work in our systems, perform quality checks, and monitor shelf life to minimise waste. A proactive, reliable team player with clear communication will thrive here, with training provided as needed.

We’re looking for hands‑on Production Associates to join our Production team in Sydney (Wetherill Park, NSW 2164).

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - helping to prepare, handle and pack high‑quality products that bring joy to our customers’ kitchens.

What you’ll do

• Receive, handle, pick and pack products following procedures.

• Accurately record and track work using our systems and tools.

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process; inspect products for damage or defects.

• Monitor shelf life and expiry dates to minimise waste and maintain product freshness.

• Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors early to support smooth workflow.

• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and workplace policies.
