Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and raise jobs in Oracle from drawings/specifications.
• Liaise with customers to collect accurate information.
• Use LiSEC to convert orders into production paperwork.
• Assist with batching and optimising production for factory operations.
• Support the team to maintain smooth day-to-day workflow.
