• Support the team to maintain smooth day-to-day workflow.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administration, customer interaction, and working as part of a supportive, close-knit team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, managing emails, and assisting with customer enquiries
• Processing customer orders and raising jobs in Oracle based on supplied drawings and specifications
• Liaising with customers to ensure accurate and complete information is received
• Using the LiSEC system to convert orders into production paperwork
• Assisting with batching and optimising production for factory operations
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication

About You

Experience is not essential - we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn and grow.

To be successful, you will have:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
• Confidence in dealing with customers and internal team members
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
