Job summary

G.James Glass and Aluminium is seeking a Project Supervisor for our Toowoomba Windows & Doors branch to lead delivery of aluminium window and door projects across the Darling Downs region. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate site activities, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

You’ll build strong client and subcontractor relationships, interpret architectural drawings, manage materials and procurement, and monitor

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium, ideally progressed from a hands-on background.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurements.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
