Symmetry Human Resources Group Pty Ltd is seeking Assembly & Fabrication Workers for a leading manufacturer based in Ingleburn. Ongoing full-time roles with steady hours and an early finish on Fridays, offering $35 per hour plus super.

Roles cover assembly of electrical switchboards and metal fabrication tasks, with on-the-job training provided. You'll work Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm and Friday 7:30am-2:00pm, with opportunities to develop hands-on skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Looking for ongoing work with consistent hours, great pay and an early finish every Friday?

We're currently recruiting Assembly and Fabrication Workers for a leading manufacturer of electrical switchboards and components based in Ingleburn.
These are long-term opportunities offering stable hours, on-the-job training and the chance to join a supportive production team.

Assembly Roles

Working within the switchboard assembly area, your duties will include:

• Assembling electrical switchboard components
• Using hand and power tools
• Following assembly instructions and production processes
• Conducting quality inspections
• Completing repetitive production tasks with accuracy

These positions suit candidates with strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination and a hands-on approach.

Fabrication Roles

For candidates with manufacturing or metal fabrication experience, duties may include:

• Operating press brake machinery
• Using turret punch equipment
• MIG welding fabricated components
• Preparing steelwork for powder coating
• Reading and following production specifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production experience
• Metal fabrication, welding or sheet metal experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically capable of standing for the duration of the shift
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Available for ongoing full-time hours
