Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Yatala, QLD is seeking an Assembly Operator for a casual role with ongoing opportunities. Work Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, at a leading manufacturing site with an immediate start available.

You will hands-on assemble electronic and mechanical components, ensure parts and tools are ready, operate production equipment, and perform quality checks to meet standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Details:

• Location: Yatala, QLD
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Pay Rate: $36.82 per hour
• Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities
• Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on assembly of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components.
• Ensure all required parts, tools, and equipment are available for each stage of the assembly process.
• Operate and maintain specialised tools, machinery, and production equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
• Assist in resolving routine production issues to support the smooth running of daily operations.
• Follow work instructions, assembly procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

About You:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Experience assembling electronic, electro-mechanical, or mechanical components is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialised production equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address routine production issues.
• A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and strong team focus.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
