Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy Agentic AI solutions in production. You will work with Azure AI services, develop end-to-end ML pipelines and own AI strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires 5+ years in data science, degrees in relevant fields, and Azure certifications, with a focus on production-ready AI and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, data science, statistics or mathematics.
• 5+ years in data science with a focus on ML/AI.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate and Azure Data Scientist Associate certifications.
• Strong programming skills in SQL and Python with ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and production ML.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and deploy Agentic AI solutions for production use.
• Build Copilot Agents in M365 and Copilot Studio for production.
• Develop end-to-end ML/AI pipelines from data extraction to deployment.
• Evaluate algorithms, LLMs and tools for each project.
• Own AI strategy, metrics and staying current with industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data, IT and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear insights.
