Job summary

Insitu Pacific Pty Ltd. is seeking a Product Support Specialist to sustain uncrewed aerial systems and related products in a Defence environment.

You will develop LSARs, maintain maintenance documentation, and support codification with CAMM2 data submissions. Role requires proven experience with LSARs, maintenance content, and technical data workflows, plus Australian citizenship and NV1-level security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining LSARs or equivalent technical support documentation.
• Experience updating, modifying, or implementing maintenance instructions or technical content.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, such as CAMM2, and associated data submission processes.
• Demonstrated capability in managing technical information workflows, including query triage and task coordination.
• Australian citizenship, eligible for Defence security clearance at NV1 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and modify maintenance instructions and related technical documentation in response to engineering changes and customer requirements.
• Prepare information to support customer Maintenance Management System processes (e.g., CAMM2).

• Triage and action technical queries, coordinating between engineering, support, and customer teams.
• Contribute to development of product support analysis processes, standards, and tools.
• Support additional LSAR activities such as FMECA, Life Cycle Cost Modelling, Spares Assessment, LOA, and Maintenance Task Analysis.

Job description

The Product Support Specialist provides technical and analytical support to sustain Insitu Pacific's Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) and related products. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSARs), supporting the development and maintenance of maintenance instructions, managing codification activities, and integrating technical data within maintenance management systems. As a central contributor to the technical workflow, this position ensures the effective, compliant, and reliable delivery of product support solutions in Defence and aerospace environments.

Key responsibilities

Develop, update, and manage LSARs and related support documentation to accurately reflect product configurations, engineering changes, modifications, and obsolescence

Develop, update, and modify maintenance instructions and related technical documentation in response to engineering changes, customer requirements, and outcomes of maintenance investigations

Prepare and provide required information to support customer Maintenance Management System processes, such as CAMM2

Support Defence codification services, including the adoption of new items of supply, delivery of compliant technical data, and coordination of required supporting documentation

Support the intake, triage, and actioning of technical queries and tasks, acting as a key facilitator between engineering, support, and customer teams

Contribute to ongoing development of product support analysis processes, documentation standards, and support tools

Support additional Logistics Support Analysis activities as required, such as Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Life Cycle Cost Modelling, Spares Assessment, Level of Repair Analysis, and Maintenance Task Analysis

About you

Certificate IV in a discipline relating to product support, or an equivalent qualification, and typically four or more years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Proven experience developing and maintaining LSARs or equivalent technical support documentation

Experience updating, modifying, or implementing maintenance instructions or technical content

Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, such as CAMM2, and associated data submission processes

Demonstrated capability in managing technical information workflows, including query triage and task coordination

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Australian citizenship, with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance at the NV1 level

Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing technical requirements

Desirable: Broad experience in additional Logistics Support Analysis functions, such as FMECA, Life Cycle Cost Modelling, Spares Assessment, Level of Repair Analysis, and Maintenance Task Analysis

Desirable: Experience supporting Defence codification services and knowledge of Commonwealth of Australia codification and item identification requirements, including the management of technical data for new items of supply
