Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Senior Product Support Analyst to sustain the Wakulda program’s logistics and support systems. You will manage LSAR data, perform LORA and FCMECA analyses, and collaborate with engineers to support through-life capability and reliability.

The role requires extensive ILS experience, familiarity with LSAR databases, and practical use of tools like OmegaPS, SLICwave, and eLES/eMRD. Australian citizenship and AGSVA clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6–10 years of logistics/ILS experience.
• Formal qualification or demonstrated experience in delivering successful logistics/support systems analysis.
• Experience with LSAR and maintaining technical databases.
• Experience in a Product Support Analysis environment using industry-recognized tools (e.g., OmegaPS, SLICwave, eLES/eMRD).
• Experience following MIL-STD-1388, DEF (AUST) 5691/5692, GEIA-STD-0007C.
• Current or Eligibility for AGSVA Defence Security Clearance; Australian Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update LSAR database with current data.
• Conduct Candidate Item Identification and Classification.
• Perform Failure Modes and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
• Execute Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) analysis and develop Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA).
• Perform Spares Range and Quantity Analysis and Rationalisation.
• Assess impacts of system changes and update support artifacts.
• Collaborate with Wakulda engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
