Job summary

Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Sydney is seeking a Product Services Analyst to help manage end-user technology assets, including laptops, mobile devices, software and applications, across the asset lifecycle.

You will coordinate device refreshes, maintain asset data, support requests and licensing, and produce reports to identify improvements and automation opportunities.

This role is hybrid in Sydney, permanent, full-time, with a salary of AUD 83k–92k plus ABC nominated super.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management and device refresh processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About Product Services

Product Services manages the hardware, software and mobility solutions used across the ABC, supporting the lifecycle of technology from procurement and fulfilment through to refresh and replacement.

About The Role

Ys the Product Services Analyst, ou’ll help manage the technology products and services used across the ABC, including laptops, mobile devices, software and applications.

Working across asset lifecycle management, mobility and software fulfilment, you’ll coordinate device refreshes, maintain accurate asset information and provide practical support to internal clients. You’ll also use reporting and service data to identify trends and opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows and deliver better outcomes.

About You

You’ll be a technology professional with a broad interest in IT and a willingness to learn across different areas. You might have experience in IT support, service delivery or asset management, or be an IT graduate looking to build your experience in a broad technology environment.

You’re practical and happy to get involved in the day-to-day work, but you’re also curious about how things could be done better. You’ll be organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities, with strong communication skills and a service-focused approach.

You’ll Also Bring

• A good general understanding of IT hardware, software and mobile technology.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accurate asset and service data.
• An interest in reporting, data analysis, automation and continuous improvement.
• The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with device lifecycle management, mobility or software fulfilment, or configuring and improving ServiceNow workflows, would be highly regarded.
