Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Product Owner to drive vision, roadmap, and delivery cadence across an expanding suite of operational capture and mobile tools. You will own the full digital product lifecycle, balance strategic objectives against technical feasibility, and lead backlog grooming, user story refinement, and sprint planning with engineering, QA, and UX squads.

This role is based on-site at Sydney Olympic Park with three days on site and two days from home, with onboarding conducted

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner for digital apps, mobile tools, or low-code solutions across full lifecycle.
• Strong technical fluency working with engineers, architects, and UX/UI designers.
• Outstanding stakeholder management across operations and executives.
• Citizenship/residency in Australia/NZ and willingness for baseline security vetting.

Job description

Reporting directly into the Delivery Director, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery cadence across an expanding suite of operational capture and mobile tools:

Own the full digital product lifecycle, balancing strategic objectives against technical feasibility and sprint capacity.

Lead backlog grooming, user story refinement, and sprint planning across dedicated engineering, QA, and UX squads.

Partner closely with operational frontline personnel to understand field workflows and convert user needs into build ready technical requirements.

Deliver ongoing platform enhancements, expanding digital forms, signature capture, and incident data capture tools.

The Tech Stack & Environment

• Platform & Core: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), enterprise mobile apps (iOS/Android), and secure cloud integrations (Microsoft Azure, RESTful APIs).

• Delivery & Governance: Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

• Work Arrangement: 3 days on site at Sydney Olympic Park / 2 days working from home (initial 5 days on site during onboarding).

What You Will Bring

• Strong experience as a Product Owner managing digital applications, mobile tools, or low code solutions across the complete product lifecycle.

• Strong technical fluency working alongside software engineers, solution architects, and UX/UI designers.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and facilitation skills across operational and executive levels.

• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or NZ Citizenship, with readiness to undergo baseline national security vetting (valid original birth certificate required).
