Job summary

Talent International invites applications for a Product Owner on a contract until 30 June 2027, based at Sydney Olympic Park. ASAP start. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to roadmap, backlog prioritisation and delivery.

You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes align with business priorities, customer needs and organisational objectives, in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive PO/PM experience in large ICT environments.
• Proven agile lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience building business cases and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Own and prioritise backlog to meet business objectives.
• Lead agile planning, backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver products.
• Facilitate scoping and prioritisation for ICT initiatives.
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance and benefits.
• Support business cases and financial reporting.
