Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital projects, particularly in designing and delivering digital-first solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements for digital products.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with user and business goals.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Define and map end-to-end customer journeys, with a focus on improving digital touchpoints and experiences.
Drive the adoption of digital best practices and standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and products.
