Job summary

FleetGuru.ai on the Gold Coast is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market, messaging, and content for our AI-powered fleet platform.

You will work with Product, Sales and Marketing to craft positioning, develop audience narratives, and create enablement assets like case studies and decks. You’ll also localize messaging for ANZ and future international markets, using AI tools to accelerate research and content creation.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B SaaS or tech product marketing experience.
• Ability to build positioning and messaging that holds across channels.
• Strong writing skills for pitches and narratives.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing and knowing when to edit AI output.
• Solid understanding of B2B buying cycles and materials that lift win rates.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our FleetGuru.ai crew!

About the role:

With expansion beyond Australia and New Zealand in our sights, we're creating our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager role. You'll own the narrative that connects FleetGuru.ai's products and features to the market, including how they're positioned and promoted. Reporting to the GM Marketing & Brand Partnerships, you'll work closely with Product, Product Design, Sales, Partner Enablement and Operations.

This is a full-time role on the Gold Coast, with some travel for trade events and new market launches.

What you'll do:

• Build our value proposition, messaging framework, and audience narratives.
• Steer go-to-market for new products and features, from internal readiness to launch campaigns.
• Create high-performance sales enablement assets that generate demand and help our team win, from pitch decks to case studies.
• Track competitors and run win/loss analysis, bringing customer, fleet partner, and supplier insight into our positioning.
• Take the wheel on all product content, including web pages, launch assets, recorded demos and product videos.
• 7romote our products and features with the wider marketing team, and report on launch performance.
• Adapt messaging and launch plans for new international markets with local partners.
• Use AI tools every day for research, messaging and content, as part of our AI-first marketing team.

What we're looking for:

You turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling messages for busy fleet professionals. You're collaborative, you value craft, and you move fast. You are based on the Gold Coast.

Must have:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology product marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging frameworks that hold up across channels and audiences.
• Strong writing skills, from crisp one-pagers to compelling pitch narratives.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work, and the judgement to know when to use, edit or discard what AI produces.
• A solid understanding of B2B buying cycles and the materials that lift win rates.

Great to have:

• Experience in fleet management, transport, logistics or field service.
• Experience localising content for international markets.
• Experience recording product demos and producing product videos.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Ortto
