Job summary

FleetGuru on the Gold Coast seeks a Content Creator (Video & Design) to edit, design, and deliver high-impact video assets and static visuals for social, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. You will work with the Brand Experience Manager and external partners to turn raw footage into polished content and scale FleetGuru.ai internationally.

• Portfolio showing video editing across multiple formats and static design across digital and print.

Responsibilities

• Plan, edit, and deliver high-impact end-to-end video assets across multiple projects, from social cut-downs to campaign and event videos, on brief and on time.
• Repurpose long-form footage into short-form, sales-ready formats for maximum asset mileage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external production partners on briefs, footage handover, and project file organisation.
• Capture supplementary content (b-roll, event snippets) and contribute to storyboarding, scripting, and filming support as needed.
• Design static assets and AI-generated visuals for brand campaigns, socials, trade shows and sales enablement, ensuring brand consistency.
• Integrate AI tools daily for scripting, image generation, voiceover, editing, and repurposing, testing new tools to boost workflows.
• Occasional domestic and/or international travel to capture content at events.

We are looking for a Content Creator to edit, design and deliver the content that puts FleetGuru.ai on the map!

We are looking for a Content Creator (Video & Design) to join our AI-first marketing team in a brand-new role. We're capturing more content than ever, and we need someone to help our editing keep pace with our filming. Working closely with our Brand Experience Manager and our external video production partners, you'll turn raw footage into polished content across social, campaigns, events and sales. You'll also bring your design skills to the static assets that support our growth as we scale FleetGuru.ai internationally.

The Role:

Full-time, permanent role.

Plan, edit, and deliver high-impact end-to-end video assets across multiple projects, from social cut-downs to campaign to event videos, on time and to brief, keeping our digital engine running smoothly across all channels.

Repurpose long-form and raw footage into sharp, short-form, and sales-ready formats to get maximum mileage out of every shoot.

Work with our internal team and external production partners on briefs, footage, asset handover, and project file organisation, so projects move smoothly between teams.

Step behind the lens to capture simple supplementary content where useful, such as b-roll, event snippets and mobile social content, taking the wheel on storyboarding, scripting, and filming support as needed.

Design static assets and AI-generated visuals for brand visuals, digital campaigns, social, trade shows, sponsorships, and sales enablement, keeping every asset fine-tuned precisely to brand standards.

Integrate AI tools daily for scripting, image generation, voiceover, editing, and repurposing, and test new tools, continually turbocharging workflows to boost output speed without sacrificing craft.

Occasional domestic and/or international travel to capture content at events.

About you:

Proven professional video production experience, with graphic design experience highly regarded.

A strong portfolio showing video editing across multiple formats, plus static design across digital and print.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or AI-native tools like Descript and CapCut.

Working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Active, daily use of AI in your creative and operational work, including Claude (or equivalent) for scripting, copy and research, and generative tools for image, video and audio.

A solid understanding of social formats, platform requirements, brand guidelines, and the difference between consumer and B2B design.

A visual storyteller who's most at home in the edit, takes creative direction well, backs your own ideas, and stays calm and organised under deadline pressure.

B2B or SaaS marketing experience, motion graphics skills in After Effects or similar, and basic video capture skills (camera or mobile, framing and audio) are highly regarded. We'll support you to grow your motion skills.
