Ignite Travel Group seeks a dynamic Product Manager for its expanding Touring division. You will craft innovative touring packages, negotiate with suppliers, and manage end-to-end product lifecycles to deliver bucket-list itineraries for global destinations.

You’ll collaborate with in-house product and marketing teams, leverage exclusive supplier relationships, and drive growth and quality across our touring products.

A day in the life:

• Manage the full product lifecycle from creative ideation, negotiation, and itinerary creation to trip evaluation
• Strategise and deliver a pipeline of products targeting prime touring destinations such as America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and beyond
• Grow product sales and profit margins as part of our procurement strategy
• Research and create itineraries, curating series group tours, superior in value and quality compared to market offers
• Manage new and existing supplier relationships to ensure scalable growth and quality control
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing and sales teams to bring your creations to life
• Empower your team to succeed through hands-on training and development and culture building

• Outstanding touring product and destination knowledge
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent time management and delegation skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• A dynamic ability to think outside the box and on your feet
• Proficiency in airfare and GDS systems
• Strong commercial acumen highly regarded
