Ignite on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic Product Manager for its Touring division to craft innovative itineraries and value-packed travel experiences for bucket-list destinations worldwide.

You will own the full product lifecycle, negotiate with suppliers, build a strong pipeline across America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and collaborate with marketing and sales to bring tours to life, with access to a beachfront Broadbeach office.

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to trip evaluation.

ouring packages to bucket-list destinations. This fast-paced role is supported by our talented in-house product and marketing teams and exclusive supplier relationships worldwide.

A day in the life:

• Manage the full product lifecycle from creative ideation, negotiation, and itinerary creation to trip evaluation
• Strategise and deliver a pipeline of products targeting prime touring destinations such as America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and beyond
• Grow product sales and profit margins as part of our procurement strategy
• Research and create itineraries, curating series group tours, superior in value and quality compared to market offers
• Manage new and existing supplier relationships to ensure scalable growth and quality control
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing and sales teams to bring your creations to life
• Empower your team to succeed through hands-on training and development and culture building
