Ignite on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic Product Manager for its Touring division to craft innovative itineraries and value-packed travel experiences for bucket-list destinations worldwide.

You will own the full product lifecycle, negotiate with suppliers, build a strong pipeline across America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and collaborate with marketing and sales to bring tours to life, with access to a beachfront Broadbeach office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to trip evaluation.
• Strategise and deliver a pipeline of products for global destinations.
• Grow product sales and margins through procurement strategy.
• Research itineraries and curate group tours with high value.
• Manage supplier relationships for growth and quality control.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to bring tours to life.
• Provide hands-on training and develop team culture.
