Ignite in Queensland invites a dynamic Product Manager to craft innovative touring packages to bucket-list destinations. You will work with our in-house product and marketing teams and exclusive supplier relationships worldwide to shape unforgettable journeys.

In this full-time on-site role in Broadbeach, you’ll own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and negotiations to itinerary creation and performance evaluation, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Outstanding touring product and destination knowledge.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• A dynamic ability to think outside the box and on your feet.
• Proficiency in airfare and GDS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to trip evaluation.
• Strategise and deliver a pipeline of touring products.
• Grow product sales and margins through procurement strategy.
• Research and create itineraries, curating group tours of high value.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure scalable growth and quality control.
• Collaborate with in-house marketing and sales teams to bring concepts to life.
