Exclusive Talent is seeking a Product Manager - Process Analytics to lead growth across Australia and New Zealand. This customer-facing role blends technical sales, business development and process chemistry to deliver analytical solutions.

You will work with sales and technical teams, understand customer processes and manage complex projects from initial discussions to execution. The candidate will travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand, build strong relationships with industrial

Qualifications

Degree in a chemical engineering/chemistry discipline is required.
Experience in production, refining, processing or industrial environments is valued.
Strong understanding of process chemistry and industrial processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the Process Analytics business across Australia and New Zealand.
Identify new markets, applications and business opportunities.
Build relationships across industrial, production, processing and refining environments.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop opportunities.
Translate customer processes into analytical solutions.
Support complex projects from discussions to proposals and execution.
Deliver technical presentations and customer visits.
Maintain an active pipeline and drive new business growth.
