This role shapes strategy, positioning and growth across ANZ and globally, with visibility across stakeholders and commercial execution. You will develop marketing plans, create compelling product messaging for ANZ, partner with sales to grow revenue, and gather market insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product marketing within healthcare
• Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, healthcare software or hospital solutions
• Demonstrated success developing and executing product or portfolio strategies
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Experience using market intelligence and customer insights to influence decision‑making
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans that support portfolio growth and market awareness
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions tailored to the ANZ market
• Partner with sales teams to drive customer engagement, opportunity development and revenue growth
• Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence and market data to inform strategy and decision‑making
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy leaders, key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders
• Develop customer‑facing collateral, sales tools and value‑based marketing resources
• Lead local events, conferences, exhibitions and product launch activities
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver co‑marketing initiatives
• Support demand forecasting, portfolio planning and lifecycle management
• Spend time in the field with customers and sales teams to identify opportunities and strengthen execution
