Job summary

IPD Group Limited is seeking a Product Manager to own the LV switchgear portfolio (ACB, MCCB, 1000V & TFSW) and drive growth across Australia. You will partner with sales, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver market success.

Based in Wetherill Park, NSW, the role focuses on lifecycle management, pricing, launches, and training for sales teams, plus tender support and supplier quality collaboration. You will monitor trends and compete effectively while travelling as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in a Product Management role is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing channel-focused strategies, particularly in LV switchgear.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the LV switchgear portfolio (ACB, MCCB, 1000V & TFSW).
• Develop and implement targeted business and marketing plans to drive growth and market success.
• Provide technical training for sales teams and customers; support tender submissions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product and quality issues; maintain strong supplier/customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System processes and safety standards.
