Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience writing high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise using data, capacity, value, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand customer needs, validate assumptions, and size opportunities.
• Contribute business cases, opportunity sizing, and prioritisation inputs to roadmap planning.
• Own and prioritise the squad backlog (epics, stories, bugs, tech debt, discovery).
• Ensure work is clearly defined, estimated, and ready for development with refined backlog.
• Translate complex problems into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to assess feasibility and validate outcomes via UAT.
• Drive delivery by leading agile ceremonies and removing blockers.
• Provide transparent delivery reporting aligned to OKRs and customer outcomes.
• Build cross‑functional relationships and communicate progress clearly.
