Job summary

Dabble is seeking a Product Manager (Core) to join the Australian team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering parental leave. You’ll shape and deliver the Core Product Roadmap across sportsbook and iGaming, focusing on customer experience, while embedding Responsible Gambling throughout the journey.

Based in Australia with a remote-friendly setup, you’ll scale product experiences across markets, partner with diverse teams, and own from ideation to delivery and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager(Core) to join Dabble on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering parental leave.

Sitting within our Product team, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering Dabble's Core Product Roadmap across sportsbook and iGaming. Your focus will be on creating a unique customer experience through technology, while ensuring Responsible Gambling remains front of mind throughout the product journey.

Dabble has ambitious plans to scale into 30 markets by 2030, and our Product team will be central to making that happen. As we continue to grow across Australia and internationally, you'll help build and evolve the core product experiences and foundations that allow Dabble to scale into new markets.

You'll take ownership of initiatives across onboarding, account management, compliance and responsible gambling, working closely with Technology, Compliance, Customer Operations, UI/UX and other teams across the business.

This is an end-to-end Product role where you'll be involved from ideation and prioritisation through to requirements, development, delivery and ongoing product performance.

This role is currently open to all locations within Australia

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Product initiatives from ideation and design through to requirements definition, development and delivery
• Own initiatives across account management, onboarding, responsible gambling and compliance features within the Dabble app
• Prioritise initiatives in line with Dabble's broader Product strategy, balancing customer impact, differentiation and delivery timelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, define and document requirements and designs for new initiatives
• Partner with UI/UX Designers to bring new features and customer journeys to life
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and effectively manage expectations throughout the product development lifecycle
• Manage Product delivery within cross-functional delivery teams, including sprint kick-offs, progress check-ins and backlog grooming
• Break initiatives down into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Provide product and domain expertise throughout the development process
• Lead user acceptance and regression testing of new features and initiatives
• Track product usage and performance to understand the impact of released initiatives
• Work closely with our Voice of the Customer function to ensure customer feedback informs product design
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly updates on product plans, development and released initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Commercial experience working within a digital Product or project environment
• Strong experience writing product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working directly with developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and products are delivered to specification
• Experience analysing product performance and communicating insights and results to stakeholders
• Experience working across international jurisdictions such as the UK, Europe or US
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An analytical mindset with a natural inclination towards problem-solving
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and managing product backlogs
• An interest in racing, sport and betting would be highly regarded

The advertised salary for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Benefits.
