The People Experience Manager is responsible for owning and executing high-impact initiatives that bring Dabble’s culture to life. You will lead the planning, delivery, and continual improvement of internal events, workplace experience, culture engagement programs, and wellness initiatives across Dabble’s locations.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You will be expected to identify opportunities to elevate the employee experience, implement process improvements and automations, and ensure every initiative reflects Dabble’s brand and values.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a proactive, solutions-oriented culture champion who is ready to take ownership and drive results.

This role is currently open to all locations within Australia; candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred.

The advertised salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
