  • Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams
  • Spend time in the field with customers and Sales teams to understand market needs and identify opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders
  • Support major customer tenders and portfolio defence activities across ANZ
  • Lead launch planning and execution for upcoming infusion portfolio innovations
  • Drive forecasting, demand planning and portfolio performance reviews
  • Partner with Account Managers and Clinical teams on competitive conversion opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to protect and grow BD's leadership position within the infusion market
  • Support product launches, product lifecycle management and portfolio optimisation initiatives
  • Develop compliant marketing materials, sales tools, presentations and digital content
  • Deliver product training and education programs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide input into pricing, forecasting, demand planning and business case development
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and changes in clinical practice
About You

You're commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

You enjoy being close to customers, understanding market dynamics and translating insight into practical actions that drive portfolio performance.

You may already be an experienced Product Manager, or an accomplished Associate Product Manager looking to step into ownership of a significant portfolio.

You'll Bring
  • Product Management, Marketing Management or commercial experience within MedTech, healthcare or a related industry
  • Experience managing commercial portfolios and delivering against growth objectives
  • Strong forecasting, portfolio planning and analytical capability
