Job summary

FLSmidth in Australia is seeking a Mining Crushers Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for cone crushers and ERC product range. You will work with global product teams and field engineers to optimize performance and reliability.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer-facing experience, and the ability to train customers and internal stakeholders while driving improvements across projects in mining applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to deliver technical training and influence stakeholders globally

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
• Conduct site visits and support converting opportunities
• Act as SME for product performance, field applications, and value optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs and performance
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment
• Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification and vendor development
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards
• Identify Sales support needs for regions including training and sales materials
