Job summary

Culture Click Co. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Product Innovation function.

The role works closely with the Head of Product Innovation & Commercialization to keep multiple development and commercialization workstreams organized, visible and on schedule. You will translate project information, priorities and decisions into clear systems, timelines and reporting, enabling stakeholders to track progress and make timely choices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple product-development workstreams.
• Ability to build project-management systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines and milestone trackers across multiple product-development workstreams.
• Record actions, responsibilities and completion dates; track deliverables and dependencies.
• Build and maintain project-management systems using tools such as Asana, Notion and Airtable.
• Prepare clear project-status reports and management presentations.
• Provide meeting and action support including agendas and summaries.
