Job summary

PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand Beverages is seeking an experienced Portfolio Innovation leader to drive the Innovation Process and oversee Stage Gate governance, ensuring successful launches and cross-functional collaboration.

You will steer commercialization of identified opportunities, engage R&D, Operations and Finance to ensure alignment, and own KPI reporting across the portfolio with a focus on long-term growth and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; minimum 8 years experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed FMCG environment.
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication across all levels and functions.
Proficiency with MS Project and project governance.

Responsibilities

Lead commercialization of identified White Space NPD for Australia and New Zealand.
Engage, communicate and influence R&D, Operations and Finance to ensure alignment and flawless execution of opportunities.
Drive Stage Gate processes and ensure inputs and timelines align with bottler Stage Gate.
Build and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve first shipment/on-market dates.
Present milestones to ANZ Leadership and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
Maintain MyInnovation data integrity and KPI reporting across projects.
