Job summary

Arc'teryx is opening a QVB store role in Sydney for a Product Guide who will educate guests on our products and assist with purchases and warranty support. You’ll help organize events, conduct inventory, replenish stock, and keep the store welcoming for every guest.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver best-in-class service and act as a proud brand ambassador, balancing autonomy with teamwork and a passion for outdoor adventure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales or service roles.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Product Guide, you'll foster connections in every guest interaction, from educating them about our products to assisting with purchases and supporting warranty claims. You'll help organize in-store events, conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming. Your feedback on merchandising will enhance the guest experience and drive sales. About You:

• You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


• You love to have fun at work while holding yourself accountable for your responsibilities.


• Your outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability make you a self-motivated team player.


• You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration, and are committed to continuous improvement.

Availability Requirements:

• You are available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week


• Flexible and open availability throughout late October 2026- late January 2027


• Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
