Arc’teryx Hobart store is seeking a passionate retail professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will educate customers on products, process purchases, and support warranties while promoting the Arc’teryx lifestyle in a dynamic team setting.

With 2+ years in retail, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and bring a can-do attitude. This role supports events, inventory, and merchandising to drive guest satisfaction and sales goals.

About the Opportunity

• Fostering connection in all guest interactions from product education, processing purchases and supporting our guests on warranties or damaged goods
• Supporting in store events, inventory counts, replenishing product and ensuring the store stays clean and organised
• Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales
• Collaborating with your team and leaders in an open and positive way
• Deliver best in class experience to our guests through education, service and culture
• Build a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly weave this into your guest interactions

About You

• You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• You love to have fun at work, but hold yourself accountable to what is required of you
• You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of your impact
• You are self-motivated, and enjoy problem solving
• You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
• You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
• You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
• You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
• Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

Availability Requirements:

• You are available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
• Flexible and open availability throughout November 2026– late January 2027
• Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
