Arc’teryx in Canberra is seeking a Product Guide to connect with guests, educate them about our products, assist with purchases, and support warranty claims. You’ll help organize events, count inventory, replenish stock, and keep the store clean and welcoming while acting as a brand ambassador.

• You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Availability Requirements:

You are available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week Flexible and open availability throughout October2026- January2027 Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
