Job summary

Apple Retail in Australia seeks a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’ll deliver a customer service experience unlike any other, asking questions to learn customers’ needs and customizing recommendations.

You’ll stay informed on Apple products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes, while supporting peers and contributing to an inclusive environment that reflects Apple’s values.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken; sign language supported.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting products and services.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about products and services and assisting in ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks including customer service in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values in daily activities.
