Job summary

Showpo is seeking a talented product development professional in Sydney to join our team. You’ll work with in-house designers and cross-functional teams to bring collections from concept to customer—supporting early design ideas, building tech packs, and managing details from sketch to sample to customer.

You’ll own end-to-end product journey, keep PLM (WFX) up to date, track samples and timelines, source fabrics and trims, and prep artwork for suppliers, while sustaining strong supplier

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a product-facing role within the fashion industry
• Fabric-savvy and detail-obsessed
• Tech confident with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers to bring styles to life with tech packs, specs and blocks
• Maintain PLM (WFX) by uploading specs, BOMs, costings and colour ways
• Track samples, run fit sessions and keep the critical path on track
• Source fabrics, trims and prints, prep artwork for suppliers
• Manage timelines and deliveries for buy readiness
• Build strong supplier relationships through monthly meetings and clear communication between parties

Job description

The Role:

This newly created role is your chance to dive into the full product development journey, and even better, working on our most-loved category (delighting our key customer). You’ll work closely with our in-house designers and cross-functional teams to bring our collections to life, from supporting early design ideas and building tech packs, to fit sessions and managing the all important details that take a style from sketch to sample to customer!

Day to day, you will:

• Working directly with our Designers as part of an exceptional, top tier Product Development team to bring styles to life - think tech packs, specs, blocks, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
• Keep our PLM (WFX) looking sharp - from uploading specs and BOMs to managing costings and colour ways like a pro
• Keep everything flowing throught the critical path - tracking samples, fit sessions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Get hands-on with fabrics, trims and prints - from weekly sourcing to recolouring and prepping artwork for our suppliers
• Help us stay CP-perfect by managing timelines, deliveries and making sure our styles are good to go for buy
• Build strong supplier relationships - joining monthly meetings and keeping communication open and efficient between all parties

Who are you?

• 4+ years’ experience in a product-facing role within the fashion industry
• Fabric-savvy and detail-obsessed - you understand design intent and can spot quality from a mile away
• Tech confident - strong skills across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Google Sheets
• Organised and adaptable - you’re on top of your time, priorities and love a fast-paced environment
