Job summary

Showpo 2 in Sydney is seeking a product development professional to own the full lifecycle from concept to customer, working closely with designers to bring collections to life.

You will manage tech packs, BOMs, fittings and supplier communications, keep PLM (WFX) up to date, and ensure on-time deliveries in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a product-facing role within the fashion industry.
• Fabric-savvy with an eye for design intent and quality.
• Confident with design tools and data (Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Sheets).
• Organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with our Designers as part of an exceptional, top tier Product Development team to bring styles to life - think tech packs, specs, blocks, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
• Keep our PLM (WFX) looking sharp - from uploading specs and BOMs to managing costings and colour ways like a pro
• Keep everything flowing throught the critical path - tracking samples, fit sessions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Get hands-on with fabrics, trims and prints - from weekly sourcing to recolouring and prepping artwork for our suppliers
• Help us stay CP-perfect by managing timelines, deliveries and making sure our styles are good to go for buy
• Build strong supplier relationships - joining monthly meetings and keeping communication open and efficient between all parties
