Job summary

Adairs is seeking a product administration professional to support the Product Manager with the development and execution of cohesive Home Fragrance, Wall Art, Aroma Wash and Bathroom Accessories ranges. You will manage product administration, coordinate suppliers, and track critical path milestones to ensure smooth progression from concept through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in the development and execution of seasonal product ranges.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends (local and overseas) to inform product decisions.
• Assist with product selection, pricing, margin analysis and sales performance reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end product development timelines from PO through to shipment sample.
• Liaise with suppliers on product specifications, samples, costs, packaging and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance, QA and critical path adherence.

In this role you will support the Product Manager with the development and execution of cohesive of Home Fragrance, Wall Art, Aroma Wash and Bathroom Accessories, managing product administration, supplier coordination and critical path milestones. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products move seamlessly from concept through to delivery.

How you will add value:

• Support the Product Manager in the development and execution of seasonal product ranges
