Job summary

Adairs is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Administrator to support the Product Manager with seasonal ranges, supplier coordination and project milestones. You will help ensure data accuracy, pricing and timely progression from concept through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail buying or product development is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Manager in development and execution of seasonal ranges.
• Monitor market trends and inform product decisions.
• Assist with pricing, margin analysis and sales reporting.
• Maintain product data across range planners.
• Coordinate end-to-end product development timelines from PO to shipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers on specs, costs, packaging and delivery timelines.
• Support full product lifecycle, ensuring QA and critical path adherence.
