Job summary

CommBank is accelerating its shift to a product-led organisation. The Product Coach will partner with teams to uplift product decision quality, embedding customer-led and commercially grounded practices into Pace (Agile) cadences and strengthening problem framing, hypothesis testing and measurement.

You will collaborate across domains to improve product decisions, use data and insights to drive value, and help lift product maturity across the bank with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product discovery and prioritisation.
• Ability to measure outcomes using customer, commercial and strategic metrics.
• Credible influence with product teams to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to improve product decision quality.
• Embed the CBA Product Model in day-to-day practices.
• Coach teams on customer discovery, problem framing, hypothesis testing and validation.
• Strengthen prioritisation through value trade-offs grounded in outcomes.
• Increase adoption of experimentation, product metrics and outcome reviews.
