Frontline Human Resources is recruiting for an experienced Product Assemblers / Production Operator Hand to join our client in Lansvale (Sydney). The role offers $37.88 per hour with a Mon-Thu 7:15am-4:00pm shift and a Friday 7:15am-12pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building products and components to production specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut and prepare materials to meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and rectify defects.
• Pack, label and prepare products for dispatch, keeping workspace organized.
• Follow health and safety procedures and production schedules at all times.

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Product Assemblers / Production Operator Hand to join our client that specialises in the building material industry. This opportunity is located in Lansvale (Sydney) and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble building products and components according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut and prepare materials accurately to meet required product specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products, identifying and rectifying defects where required.
• Pack, label and prepare completed products for dispatch while maintaining an organised work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures, production schedules and company processes at all times.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or building materials is highly desirable.
• Strong manual handling and hand/power tool skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to follow production instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet production targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
