Job summary

Durr Dental Oceania Pty Ltd is seeking a Product and Hygiene Specialist to drive growth of the Hygiene portfolio across New South Wales and ACT. You will be the Hygiene expert, engaging with dental practices, clinicians and distribution partners, delivering compelling product demonstrations and training sessions.

We value a proven sales/product background, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, relationship mgmt or product specialist experience.
• Strong commercial drive and growth orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic, results-driven and autonomous.
• Technologically confident with MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and Australian working rights.
• Will travel domestically (NSW/ACT) and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for hygiene portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with practices, clinicians and partners.
• Identify and develop KOLs to elevate brand.
• Deliver product demonstrations, tutorials and training sessions.
• Collaborate with distributors on sales and marketing; represent at industry events.
• Report to the Business Development Manager – Hygiene.
• Travel domestically regularly, with occasional international trips and weekend events.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Product Specialistto drive growth in our Hygieneportfolio across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. You'll be the DürrDental Hygiene expert in your region, working closely with dental practices, clinicians, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and uncover new business opportunities for our hygiene portfolio.
• Create strong, lasting relationships with dental practices, clinicians, and channel partners.
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to elevate brand presence.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, tutorials, and training sessions.
• Partner with our distributors on sales and marketing initiatives, and proudly represent Dürr Dental at industry events.
• Report directly to the Business Development Manager – Hygiene.
• Open to regular domestic travel, with occasional international trips and weekend events.

What You Bring

• Proven success in sales, relationship management, or a product specialist role.
• Strong commercial drive with a passion for identifying opportunities and growing market share.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Technologically confident (Microsoft Office proficiency).
