Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking several Procurement Support Officers to join a 14,000-strong team focused on providing world-class care on the Gold Coast and northern NSW. You will support Category teams, administer procurement systems, raise orders, and manage enquiries to ensure value-for-money procurement.

With flexible work options and opportunities for development, this permanent full-time role sits within Procurement and Contract Management, part of the Financial Services Division.

Qualifications

• General procurement experience or exposure to procurement processes.
• Understanding of sourcing activities and administration advantageous.
• Qualification in procurement or related field highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality procurement support to Category teams.
• Administer and maintain procurement and contract systems.
• Maintain the procurement request and enquiry function, receiving and responding to enquiries.
• Raise purchase, service and standing orders as required.
• Facilitate and maintain procurement documentation across all stages of sourcing.
