You will manage procurement of goods and services, maintain supplier relationships, and collaborate with engineers, production, and warehouse teams.

Based in Sydney's Northern Beaches, the role requires SAP expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work to tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and purchasing for manufacturing environments.
• Experience creating and issuing purchase orders; order expediting.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Able to liaise with engineers, production, suppliers and warehouse.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Follow up on order acknowledgements, deliveries, and invoicing requirements and suppliers
• Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned suppliers
• Act as the primary contact for supplier-related queries and day-to-day matters
• Expedite orders and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
• Maintain accurate procurement data within SAP using Master Data
