Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
• Experience and knowledge of procurement planning and governance frameworks.
• Well developed written and oral communication skills.
• Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines.
• Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Suite and publishing software.
