Job summary

Blackbook Executive Pty is seeking a hands-on Procurement & Production Manager for an innovative FMCG food & beverage group in Melbourne. You will lead sourcing, co-manufacturing and supplier partnerships to deliver quality, sustainable products and cost efficiencies.

You’ll negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, and collaborate with Finance, Planning, NPD and Operations to support growth and product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing or contract manufacturing within FMCG (ideally food & beverage).
• Proven experience managing co-manufacturers, supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Strong commercial acumen, project management skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for great products and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and co-manufacturing projects, including transitions between manufacturers.
• Negotiate competitive contracts across ingredients, packaging and production.
• Build strong supplier and manufacturing partnerships to drive performance, quality and reliability.
