Queensland University of Technology is seeking a Procurement Partner (Projects) to lead major procurement activities across university categories. You will provide expert advice, coordinate complex sourcing, identify savings opportunities and use data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The role is based at Kelvin Grove with a hybrid arrangement, offering strong superannuation and a pathway to broader university impact through governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in procurement or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education/training.
• Senior level experience in strategic procurement and category management across multiple QUT categories: Research, Equipment & Consumables, Business & Teaching Services, Technology, Property & Facilities.
• Demonstrated high level business acumen and leadership in a complex environment.
• Ability to engage and influence across multiple business areas to develop and deliver category strategies and outcomes.
• Proven experience using data analytics to generate actionable procurement insights, identify savings and ROI.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.

Responsibilities
