Job summary

N/A in Perth is seeking a Process and Reporting Specialist on a contract/temporary basis to strengthen processes, governance and data quality across the organisation. You will partner with procurement and finance to drive business improvements and reporting while improving supplier management and data quality.

The role requires establishment of governance, advanced reporting and interaction with product owners and system stakeholders to enhance procurement capabilities and drive decision-ready

Qualifications

• PMO or governance/portfolio coordination experience.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record managing risks, issues, actions and governance documentation.
• Advanced reporting and dashboard skills with Excel.
• Experience preparing executive reports and performance insights.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exposure to procurement, supplier management or enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP/Procurement platforms SAP/Ariba is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: maintain supplier records and master data, support onboarding and compliance.
• Frameworks: assist with supplier relationship framework and third-party risk management framework.
• Procurement Systems & Process Improvement: support PRISM and other platforms; assist with enhancements and digitisation; collaborate with Product Owners to improve procurement capabilities.
• Reporting & Performance: maintain procurement spend dashboards; provide supplier performance insights and governance reporting.
• Stakeholder Support: build relationships with the business and external suppliers; support training and coaching on processes and frameworks.
